I ordered 85 kippot in size 17 cm. When I received the shipment, they came in size 19 cm. When I informed them of this, the company said they did not see the size I ordered, so they went ahead and decided to make them 19 cm. I had taken a photo of my order cart before I submitted the order and there was proof that I ordered 17 cm. They said “too bad” and would not resend the correct size or give me a refund. Needless to say, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company.
